Is delivery free?
All our products include a free delivery service, which in many cases will arrive on your chosen day, although we cannot guarantee it. To ensure your order arrives on a specific day or in the morning etc, please make sure you upgrade to one of our Premium or Special Delivery services.
Can I select a specific delivery date?
Certainly. Once you click "buy" on the product you like, you will be taken to our order form where you can select your delivery date on a calendar.
What if my recipient is not home?
If they're not in when delivery is attempted, your item can be left safe with a neighbour or in a safe place if you specify one in the "Your Comments & Feedback" section when placing your order.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver all over the UK 7 days a week (Mon-Sun) via courier. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands can only be delivered on a weekday (Mon-Fri) and aren't guaranteed to arrive on a specific date.
