I am a pilot living in Canada away from home and my girlfriend in the UK, so your products and service are my first choice when I just want to make her day. I have always been very pleased with the satisfaction your products and services have brought to my girlfriend with previous orders. With the particular order mentioned, she needed a vase because she was in a university dorm with nothing to put the roses in which I had ordered, but you had forgotten to send the vase in the Valentine's Day rush. Following my telephone complaint you were very quick to respond, and went above the call of duty by sending her the vase as well as an additional rose and chocolate. We both thank you very much. Again I am happy to have found such a service as the one you provide, and I am certain that I will continue to use it.

I just wanted to say thank you for the personal service I received. The roses were amazin and the condition was fantastic. I would speak to your courier though. The box was a bit crushed and he was very impatient and did not want to wait whilst the roses were checked. There were a few squashed roses but given we had 101 we didn't notice in the end.
